- One of the last in the series of nine. I can't give much of an explenation, only that I was fascinated by some goth-dresses and the venetian carneval. Also this was the period I got really inspired by the Sandman comics written by Neil gaiman.

The King

- From the series of nine, Number six. The organic patterns from India and the motifs of indian tribes from north america are combined with some old celtic figurines. the background was tough, but it's a nice in between painting. It fits the three sisters but also playtime.

- So posting yet again an image from my series of nine. The laying figure resembles a frustrating part of me where I am allways distracted and I wanted to end that crap, because my study was really suffering under it. But also I decided to make it appear a bit comical because I also just like being constantly distracted by the art of imagination. It is still a bit a raw and I have the feeling it's in need of some restyling, but hell I just wanted to post it anyway.

Halloween

- Maybe as you noticed viewing my earlier blogs, there is some sort of a common dark theme in all my works. As this may suggest I am much into the dark imagination of men. Also as this is yet again some sort of an introduction, I would like to mention that while studying for the arts, I specialized in film and animation. This now further developed itself that I am sort of a filmgeek. And as such a geek and having a blog and as it was Halloween I would like to share some of these halloween themed movies. Like the French extremity genre.

- So I think you have guessed already I like series. One image could never tell everything, it's like a book with multiple chapters. And every chapter gives information only enough to provoke curiosity for the next chapters. So here's another collage from my storyboard project which I used for my graduation. I especially am fond of her eye. It as a detail alone gives the right atmosphere to the picture

- From the series of nine, I called this one playtime. The four figures started as doodles I used to draw a lot, and I do mean a lot. They started appearing during my schooltime and I couldn't stop doodling them eversince. I think on a psychological level they represent how I wanted to feel many times. They are seen in combination with an african-chinese mythological figure, it's there as a sort of overseeing mom.

- Again some of my early work making collages. It's supposed to be a typical emotion I am very familiar with. But I don't think that going further into detail and explaining what I recognize when I see this picture, will raise the emotional value of the image. It's speaks really good for itself.

- After doing a few tutorials in photoshop I got inspired to make some sort of moviestills without a movie. The intent was to make images which would likely have some power of telling a story. But in fact there is no story it's just a picture which connects with various modern clichés

Three sisters

- The third in the 9 series. These represent mysterie, I just like it raises questions. It's like telling a story in another incomprehensible language, but you can't ignore being fascinated.
I have combinated Hindoeïstic mytholgie with Indian and Chinese. Also the background is inspired by lovecraftian tales.

RoseKnights

- This is a second painting in a serie of 9. The first one is due to computer problems impossible to post. But it's supposed to be a compilation of images I have developed over the years. These represent my personal interest of endurance and armor combined with mythological symbols; such as the snakes, the fire and the roses.
